Level 3 is the final evolution of performance building on top of the foundation of running technique & weightlifting, your athlete is introduced to advanced plyometrics, strength training & weightlifting & the highest intensity of speed training.
Level 2 Introduces The Basics of Strength Training:
*Athletes must complete three level 2 programs or 17yo to apply for this program. **This class requires 4-Day commitment.
During this 2h class your athlete preparing them for collegiate or professional level of sports. As an advanced class athletes will be tracking macro nutrition & tested throughout the course.
