Level 2 is the next step into explosive movement introducing basic strength & weightlifting movements to increase athleticism and reduce injury.

Level 2 Introduces The Basics of Strength Training:

  • Snatch
  • Clean
  • Jerk
  • Squat
  • Bench
  • Deadlift

*Athletes must complete two level 1 programs or 14yo to apply for this program.
